- Unstuck: Your Guide to the Seven-Stage Journey out of Depression – James Gordon, M.D. is the director of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. He’s travelled the world helping people in areas of crisis from Gaza, New York post 9/11, and Parkland. This book contains many of his techniques that you can do at home. He does occasional workshops at Kripalu in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
